Add Mountain Climbers to your routine-no equipment necessary
Mountain climbers are a great whole body exercise that will also challenge you cardiovascularly. Your upper body, core, and lower body will all get a workout from doing mountain climbers. If you are just doing this exercise for the first time, start with your hands on the floor (shown at the end of the video). If you have experience with this exercise or are already quite strong, try it on a BOSU, if you have access to one. I’ve provided a link to an instructional video for you.
