Today researchers announced at a conference that one-third of breast cancers could be prevented if women were thinner and exercised more. Obese women are 60% more likely to develop any type of cancer than normal weight women. Experts even believe that thin women can reduce their risk of cancer through exercise by reducing fat and increasing muscle mass.
