A Healthy Halloween

Fall is upon us and Halloween is just around the corner.  Children are picking out their costumes and getting excited for a night of trick-or-treating.  With childhood obesity on the rise, consider giving healthy snacks or a non-food treat.  Not only will it dramatically lower the children’s calorie intake during this Halloween, it will also keep the candy out of your reach too!  Click on the link below for a list of suggestions:
