  1. Very interesting! After I found out I was gluten intolerant, I went off dairy completely, and have only now started to introduce it back in my diet – usually in the form of kefir, aged cheeses (as they don’t contain lactose) and a bit of ice cream once and awhile.

    Almond milk is the only milk I drink and use in cooking, as it’s nice and creamy…I’ve always had the notion that milk/dairy isn’t the best thing in the world to ingest!
